At Ecuproyecta Analítica & Decisiones S.A.S. we respect and protect the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information you provide when using the ecuproyecta.com platform, in accordance with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP) in force in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the information request form (name and email) and the technical browsing data strictly required for the site to function (IP address, device type, pages visited).

Data is used to: (i) contact you and share additional information about the platform; (ii) organise and improve the published informational content; (iii) respond to enquiries and rights requests; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in Ecuador.

9. Supervisory authority
If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations, you may submit a claim before the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The currently in-force version, along with its last update date, is always published.
